What kind of work do you take on?
Twenty-seven services across four areas: leadership, management and HR; finance and accounting; professional writing; and SME and IT support. That ranges from a single CV or company profile to a coaching programme or a full review of your HR policies.
Who do you work with?
Start-ups, growing businesses, schools, NGOs, and established institutions. We work from Ghana with leadership teams across West Africa, and the same care goes to a five-person team as to a large organisation.
What experience does your team bring?
Our consultants include a doctorate in strategic leadership with over twenty years in organisational management, more than thirty years in labour administration at the National Labour Commission, a practising lawyer and certified mediator, and specialists in human resources, communications, and education.
Can you cover both the people side and the business systems?
Yes, and many clients use both. Our consulting work covers leadership, HR, finance, and writing. Our SME and IT work covers registration, branding, ERP and cloud systems, online presence, and background checks.
Do you stay involved once the plan is agreed?
Yes. We do not hand over a report and leave. We stay while the changes are put in place, review the results with you, and adjust them when something does not work.

Yes. Confidentiality is part of every engagement, from the first call through to handover.
