Dr. Bernice Welbeck
Consultant
Bernice is a career public servant with over thirty years’ experience in civil and public service administration, working mainly in labour administration. She has served on various committees of labour, including the National Tripartite Committee and the Tripartite Technical Committee on the new Labour Law. She is presently the Director of Administration and Human Resource Management at the National Labour Commission.
